Prepaid Private Credit Access Model
Members prepay for access to private financial services. Portions of that prepaid balance may be advanced back to the member under defined service agreements. No funds are borrowed from the company, and no interest is paid on stored value.
What the Platform Does Not Do
- No automated approvals
- No public marketplace
- No trading or exchange activity
- No asset custody
- No yield, appreciation, or returns

- All access is discretionary
- All decisions are human-reviewed
- All actions are logged and auditable
